There are many benefits to working from home, but one of the most important is the pay. When you work from home, you are usually paid the same amount as you would if you were working in an office. This is because the company doesn't have to pay for your travel or office expenses.
There is no set pay for TTEC work from home employees. Pay is based on performance and can vary greatly.

I was very happy with the flexibility that working from home afforded me. I was able to take care of my family and still do my job well. The company was very supportive of my decision to work from home and provided me with all the equipment I needed to be successful. Thank you for the opportunity to work from home!
Is TTEC a legit company to work for
Overall, TTEC is a very good company with a great deal of ITT and support. The main issue for me and most of my team mates was when calls were diverted to us from folks in States where we did not hold an insurance license. We each were licensed in several States and could only work with folks from those States.

How long is training for TTEC?
The trouble with 4-week training programs is that they often don't provide enough time for people to learn everything they need to know. This can lead to problems down the road, as people may not be fully prepared for their jobs. It's important to make sure that any training program you're considering is long enough to give people the knowledge and skills they need to be successful.
I have been with Teletech for over 10 years and they have always been very professional. Depending on the project/client requirements they do drug testing. At the site they did a urine test on me at initial hire and then again randomly. I also have experience with their at home department and they did a random urine test once. Teletech is a great company to work for and I have never had any problems with them.

TTEC has been flexible with my outside responsibilities, consistent on hours, and has not required any mandatory overtime in my two years here. There have been options to sign up for overtime on faster paced months, but the company has been overall decent in regards to benefits (i.e. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.) and additional services that can be purchased.

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a fun and supportive environment.
