How long is training for TTEC?

The trouble with 4-week training programs is that they often don't provide enough time for people to learn everything they need to know. This can lead to problems down the road, as people may not be fully prepared for their jobs. It's important to make sure that any training program you're considering is long enough to give people the knowledge and skills they need to be successful.

I have been with Teletech for over 10 years and they have always been very professional. Depending on the project/client requirements they do drug testing. At the site they did a urine test on me at initial hire and then again randomly. I also have experience with their at home department and they did a random urine test once. Teletech is a great company to work for and I have never had any problems with them.ttec work from home pay_1
